How to Install StreamTV on Android TV

We’re so excited for you to dive into your new TV experience, brought to you by Buckeye Broadband.
You can start using StreamTV in minutes and get your entire TV lineup of live and on‑demand TV right
alongside your other favorite streaming services!

Does Your Android TV Work With StreamTV?

StreamTV works on a variety of Android TV models version 8 and up.
To verify which version you have, go to Android TV settings > About > Version.

Other supported devices include:
• Nvidia Shield
• Xiaomi Mi Box
• Sony Android Smart TV
• Sharp Android Smart TV
• HiSense Android Smart TV
• Philips Android Smart TV

Initial Setup

If you’re setting up your Android TV for the first time, you need:
• An Internet connection
• A Google account. If you don’t have a Google account, you can
sign up here for free: accounts.google.com/signup

If your TV doesn’t have Android TV built in, you’ll need:
• An external Android TV device
• A TV or other display with an HDMI port
• An HDMI cable

Install StreamTV On Your Android TV

Now that your Android TV is set up, navigate to the Apps menu and follow the steps below:
1. Select the Google Play Store app
2. At the top of the screen, select search and search for StreamTV
3. Select the StreamTV app
4. Select Install

StreamTV needs to be connected to the Internet provided to your home by Buckeye Broadband in order to access your entire TV channel lineup.

How to Watch

When you open StreamTV for the first time, you will need to enter your myBuckeye username and
password on the login screen. If you ever forget your username or password, please give us a call at
419.724.9800.
