Any cable box that includes an on screen programming guide and is billed as 'Digital Converter', 'HD Converter', or 'HD DVR Converter' is considered a legacy box.
- Go to the channel that the event is being presented on.

It will prompt you to press the info button on the remote. This button is located at the top-center of the remote.
- Then press select to buy.
Please note: Most buy windows for events or shows are 15 minutes after the start time. You will be presented a blank screen with no way to purchase the event/show. You will need to call in to 419-724-9800 option 3 to have it ordered manually
